Cool-Tech HVAC, Inc. has been family-owned and operated since our beginning. Brothers Preston and Jeremy Slayden founded the company after they graduated from Chattahoochee Technical Institute with Heating & Air Conditioning degrees. Their father, Preston Sr., bought Cool-Tech in January 2003 after retiring from the retail industry. The brothers had worked in the heating and cooling business for many years and wanted to form their own company where they could emphasize customer service, dependability, and integrity. Their sister, mother, and wives have also all worked in the Cool-Tech office.

Today, we have over 30 qualified, experienced, knowledgeable employees, as well as a fleet of company vehicles, and a complex of offices and a warehouse in the Ball Ground and Canton, GA area. We stock our warehouse with top-quality heating, cooling, and indoor air quality equipment from trusted industry brands and manufacturers. We also have a sheet metal shop where we can quickly create custom sheet metal and ducts for our customers.
